About the Role
Position Overview:
Yirifi.ai is looking for a talented and dynamic Chief of Staff for our CEO. The ideal candidate will be a young, smart, and motivated individual with a strong ability to multitask and manage various activities. While experience in crypto, risk, or compliance is a plus, it is not mandatory. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with a CEO who has 20 years of senior banking experience and has been part of the founding leadership teams of two digital banks.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Analysis:
Assist in the development and execution of the company's strategic initiatives. Help in researching and analyzing data to support decision-making.
Create compelling and informative presentations, strategy decks, and reports, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.
Communication and Coordination:
Act as a bridge between the CEO and various teams within the organization, facilitating effective communication and information flow.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and tracking progress.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive analysis, and market research to provide insights for strategic decisions. Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
CEO Executive Co-ordination:
Organize and drive tasks, projects, meetings and initiatives on behalf of the CEO, ensuring efficiency and deadlines are met.
Take on ad-hoc projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO, which may include market entry strategies, product launches, or other strategic endeavors.
Be prepared to handle crises or urgent situations by developing and implementing contingency plans.
Requirements
Masters or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, finance, management, etc.)
Young, smart, and talented individual with a proactive mindset.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in creating and editing presentations.
Ability to work independently and remotely with a global team.
Prior experience in crypto, risk, or compliance (a plus but not mandatory).
