About the Role
Position Overview:
Yirifi.ai is looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Specialist to lead the development and execution of our social media and content strategy. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in building our thought leadership brand and expanding our online presence. You will collaborate with various teams to curate, create, and distribute compelling content, manage our social media assets, and drive engagement with our target audience. As part of a global organization, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on a global scale.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with a CEO who has 20 years of senior banking experience and has been part of the founding leadership teams of two digital banks.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media and Content Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and content strategy that aligns with Yirifi.ai's brand and goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to source and curate content, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and podcasts.
Plan and manage the content calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality content.
Content Creation and Management:
Create engaging and thought-provoking social media posts, articles, and other content that positions Yirifi.ai as a thought leader in digital asset risk management.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather content, including subject matter experts, the CEO, and industry influencers.
Utilize tools like Google Analytics and social media management platforms to track and analyze content performance.
Social Media Management:
Manage and maintain Yirifi.ai's social media profiles and presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
Monitor and engage with our social media community, responding to comments and fostering discussions.
Develop and implement paid social media advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility.
Podcast Management:
Oversee the creation and publication of a podcast hosted by the CEO, including episode planning, recording, editing, and distribution.
Identify opportunities for cross-collaboration with other podcasts, conferences, and thought leadership platforms.
Thought Leadership and Collaboration:
Work closely with the CEO and executive team to convey their insights and perspectives through various content channels.
Collaborate with teams to identify speaking opportunities, panel discussions, and partnerships at industry conferences and events.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
Proven experience in social media management and content strategy development.
Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics, and platforms.
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Podcast management experience is a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of the digital asset and risk management landscape.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
